Wed., Jan. 30, 2008 was the first ever Pink Impact Soup-er Bowl! Pink Impact is the name of our women's ministry. We had close to 70 in attendance and everyone seemed to have fun. We served a variety of homemade soups, desserts, etc. These nights are intended to foster friendships among our ladies, and to encourage them through a short message or testimony.Our message for this night was about being "Open". Everyone received a letter opener/slicer to take home as an illustration. Be Open to:
1) Self Evaluation- what areas of your life can you improve upon this year?
2) Serving - what needs have you seen that you can help fill?
3) Savior - what is God speaking to you and are you "open" to His voice?
